Oct 08 Neil's Cracker

What a fish! 37lb of long classic carp.
Neil dropped me a text to pop out and take some shots of this fish that has taken a likening for the Atlantic Heat. Fishing at short range the big girl picked up a 18mm heat presented as a bottom bait.
Fantastic fish, she also shares the same name as a well known slip on shoe?
That will get you thinking!!

Great result Neil.

Oct 08 Dave Ellyatt

Fishing on a private estate lake David set about introducing 5kg of Atlantic Heat for his two night stay. First morning and this one rolls up, 37lb+!!
Known as the biggest mirror in the lake! David used the same bait last year on his first session with the heat, result....biggest common in the lake at 30+!!
So there we have it, two sessions and the two biggest fish in the lake caught.

Job done.

Nice one Dave.

Sep 08 Prototype

Gary King has been putting our new bait through its paces as of late. Fishing over at Horseshoe Lake, Lechlade, Gary enjoyed 9 fish on an overnight session up to 26lb! He then used the bait on lake 61 for the first time and was rewarded with this cracking 35.10 lb common!
The bait had only been in the pond for 2 hours!!

The bait in question is one myself and Mr Scott have been working on this year.
We are still putting the finishing touches to it, but it seems destined to catch a lot of fish.
Great result Gary.

Sep 08 Westhamplet Syndicate.

Adam Kracke has been using a mixture of Atlantic Heat and Monster Red over at his syndicate lake. This combo has accounted for 29 fish so far this season with 9 over 25+ and two mid thirty's - 36.8 and 37.5 (pictured).

A great season for the water mentioned.

Good angling Adam.

Sep 08 Rob Morris

A quick over night session for Rob and another cracking common to show for his efforts.
Atlantic Heat 18mm's fished at short range did the trick for Rob.

Nice one mate.

Sep 08 Harris on Fire!

What a season this guy is having! Top rod on the water in question, Giles has put his faith in the mighty Atlantic Heat 24mms for the year.
Fishing a couple of nights a week Giles has caught steadily through out the season.
These two were caught in the early hours. 33lb common and a 34lb mirror.

Great shots of them by the way, must have had a talented camera man!

SIMON SCOTT JOINS BAITWORKS

Baitworks are delighted to announce that Simon Scott has joined as a consultant.
Simon brings a vast amount of knowledge from the fisheries and aquatics
industry, as well as a carp-fishing pedigree that’s second to none, all of which will prove integral to future bait development.

Simon met Baitworks owner Mark Bryant just over two years ago, when the boilie range was put through tank tests at Sparsholt College. Simon tested a variety of the boilies currently on the market, in a series of controlled tank tests. These independent tests put Baitworks in the number-one position and, since then, they have remained top in all categories. Simon was so impressed by the performance of the Baitworks range that he started using the bait for his own fishing and has since landed several big carp to 49lb.

Baitworks are already talking about a third addition to the boilie range and, with Simon’s contacts and background, the new product promises to be a little bit special.

Mark Bryant said “We produce quality bait for quality anglers, no hype, and no hard sell. The captures and the calibre of anglers using our bait says it all and Simon’s appointment is testament to what Baitworks set out to achieve”.

Sep 08 Sue's Stunners.

Both Simon and Sue Scott has been out fishing a large southern venue last week.
The pair pre-baited with a mixture of Monster Red and Atlantic Heat 20mms over a two week period prior to angling. Fishing for just a couple of nights the two notched up a tally of 14 fish landed with Sue landing these beauties on the last morning.

Great result Sue.

Aug 08 2008 British Young Carpers Angling Championship

Young Jake Taylor (14) made it to the final of the 2008 British Young Carpers Angling Championship again for the second year running.
Unfortunately Jake didn't have a favourable draw but managed to still come in 9th out of 40 anglers! The talented youngster also scooped the award for the biggest fish on the day with this 26.04 fish!
Top shooting.
Jake was trying out some of our new pellets and a rather special liquid that we are keeping under our hats for the time being! One to watch, that's for sure....Jake and his Father even travelled 60miles round trip just have some for the final.

Confidence in a bottle!

Aug 08 Tom Sedegy

What a fish!
39lb of cracking carp.
Atlantic Heat again Tom's only bait choice.
A top result from a very demanding venue.

Aug 08 Short session Hauling.

James Hennessy has been keeping our bait under his hat for the last 3 months and for good reason! Fishing in the Oxford area, James has enjoyed constant action when ever he has dipped our Atlantic Heat in the pond!
Two overnight sessions produced his latest tally of fish....24 in total including 2 x 30's (pictured 32 and 30) and 7 x 20s to 29lb!!!
Again Atlantic Heat 18mms the bait of the moment.

Good bit of angling mate!
Would like to know here he's fishing....Will have to ply him with beer me thinks!!

Aug 08 Top Rod

Mr Harris. Well deserved.
Another fish to his growing tally! 25lb + of very tricky water park fish.
Top angling to one of the most hardest working anglers on the water.

Aug 08 Unstoppable.

Mr Rose has been out again. Fishing down at Rockford, John and the Heat are literally turning the place over.....20 fish out on his last two visits, now another 8 fish since then has graced his net!
38, 32, 30 plus 5 more twenty's!
Large amounts of Atlantic Heat 18mms again scoring for the Welsh wizard.

Top result Mate!!!

Aug 08 Another to the Heat

Steve Pullee is having a dream season on the Atlantic Heat.
Fishing on a Oxford Syndicate water, Paul has accounted for the biggest mirror in the lake on his last session at 45lb, and now the biggest common in the lake at 39.08!!!
Steve is another angler who doesn't get much time out on the bank, so when he does he has to make it count. Steve's first choice was Atlantic Heat and now he uses nothing else!
Fishing a quiet corner of the lake and introducing Atlantic Heat 15-18mms, soon had the fish rooting around. Steve lowered the bait in after two hours feeding, for the inevitable to happen......5 mins later
the biggest common in the lake is laying in his net.

Great result Steve, top stalking.

Aug 08 PB Common for Claire.

The Girlfriend managed to nip out for an evening stalking while I was slaving away cooking tea (cough, cough!).
20 minutes was all that was needed before Claire's rod was bent double and a new PB common was landed.
Our new A-stim pellets were fed onto a margin shelf until the fish were feeding then Claire skilfully lowered one of our perfect pellet hook baits onto the hot spot.
Job done! Nice one Honey, teas ready!

Jul 08 Welcome return

Sometimes lakes do pay their dues! Hats off to Ben who travels a hour or so just for a short overnight sessions this season. Fishing on a very pressured water Ben endured a string of fruitless sessions at the start of the spring.
With a 3 month break Ben returned to put the record straight and achieved it in style with this 38.8 lake record common! Fishing at short range Ben flicked some broken Atlantic Heat boilies up against a weed bed.
Only 20 minutes later the rod is off and Ben is doing battle with the best looking common in the lake.....

Top angling Ben, just rewards.

Jul 08 Rockford Rocked!!

Our very own John Rose has made a return to the banks. The talented Welsh man with the Midas touch fished down at the mighty Rockford for a couple of 5 night stays. Armed with the Atlantic Heat John set about introducing 3kg mix of 18, 20 and 24mms over his two separate 5 day sessions .
To our knowledge this was the first time the Atlantic Heat was used on Rockford (you may remember the Monster Red catching one of the biggest fish in that pond last year to Chris Currie- again 1st time it was used on the lake ).
I lost count of the amount John caught in two sessions!! Lucky he sent over the stats for me....

10 nights fishing, 20 carp landed! Five 30's to 34.12, 12 x 20lb+ to 29.12 and 3 upper doubles!!!
Considering most anglers down there would view 6-8 fish a season good result we thought that John and the bait did very well!!

Top Angling John......The Welsh Wizard returns....We hope that John stays with us and is not tempted back to the bright lights of Cardiff city centre, we hadn't seen him for last 8 months!!

Jul 08 Mr Consistent

Mike Holly from Bristol dropped us an e-mail with a couple of fish from his Oxford syndicate water. The Bristol rod who is no stranger to this page fished his usual overnight session (when he can get out of house hold chores!).
Mike managed a couple of overnighters and was rewarded with these crackers of 33 and 32lb.
Atlantic Heat and our new A-stim pellets doing the business.

Nice one Mike.

Jul 08 Rinsing it!

Dave Bodman and Steve Chapman are having an unbelievable season on their chosen Hampshire syndicate water. Since opening night on the 16th of June, Steve and Dave have landed 60 fish out of the 180 stock!
You may remember that Dave had a bumper session last week on the Atlantic Heat landing 15 fish to mid 30. Well, Steve Chapman managed to have 34 takes with 28 fish landed!! Wow.

Stats as follows. 6 x 30+ (35.8) 9 x 20lb 13 x upper doubles.

Once more the lads returned for a weekend session and landed another 12 fish between them! Big beds of Atlantic Heat 18mms doing the trick.
At this rate these boys will be running out of fish to catch!
Steve is pictured with 2 of the 30's from his session.

Top angling guys.

Jul 08 Taylors Triumphant

Father and son pair Greg and Jake (14) Taylor made a clean sweep at the Nickolls leisure charity match last weekend. They not only landed the most fish but Jake took the biggest fish of the event on the ever faithful Atlantic Heat 15mms.
The pair fished pellets and Boilies at varying ranges to romp home in first place.

Well done boys, great result.

Jul 08 Dave Bodman from Wiltshire
sent us this e-mail regarding a mega result on his syndicate water in Hampshire.

"Hi Mark,
I have been pre - baiting with the Heat along with my buddy Steve Chapman since March and this weekend it all came together. I fished for 36 hrs in total and in the 1st 24hrs from Friday evening I had 18 runs, landing 15 fish including 2 x 30's from the A-Team. The Vein @ 36.10 (spawned out) and Baby Nokia 32.08 (spawned out). Other fish included 8 x 20+ fish including a  29, 28, 27  along with a few high doubles!
What a result, What a Bait.
I've attached pic's of the 36.10 and 32.08.

Regards

Dave."

Jun 08 King Fungus

Wow! What a fish. 47lb of classic carp.
Fishing with a scattering of Atlantic Heat 15mms has proven to be a deadly tactic up at the 120 acre venue for Phil. 19 fish have already graced Phil's net but this one was near the top of his list!
The big mirror picked up the bait on his second night and then proceeded to tow our poor Phil half way around the lake! After steady pressure the big male conceded to Phil's way of thinking and slipped into his waiting net.
A big congrats to Phil for a truly massive result.
Needless to say Phil returned from Wraysbury No.1 a very, very happy man.
He even brought some beer at a local barbecue, all £4.70 worth!!! Some things never change.

Top angling Fella.

Jun 08 Colin Davidson

Fishing at Old Bury Hill's Temple Lake with the trusted Atlantic Heat, Colin slipped the net under this upper twenty on his over night stay for the Anglers Mail cameras.
Four fish were landed in total making Colin a very happy man.

Good angling Colin, great to have you on board.

Jun 08 Wraysbury no.1

Our very own 80's soft porn Looky-Likey Phil Bunyan has been out and about up at the massive Wraysbury.
Phil caught up with a friend last week in the shape of the floppy tailed common at 33lb. This very old fish was caught by Phil last year at the same weight and the same bait! Testament to the fact that even the Wraysbury carp are being caught repeatedly on our gear.
Top angling mate.
Atlantic Heat 18mms once again.

Jun 08 Brace yourself Rodney.

Wow! Over 70lb of carp in 20 minutes!
Rob Morris recently switched over to Baitworks Atlantic Heat after years of fishing on one of the more commercial companies baits. This latest capture was Robs biggest brace and we are sure the lakes biggest brace also!!
35.04 and 36.10 of stunning common carp. Rob fished an overnight session on Carp Society's lake 61 and introduced a total of 3.5 kg of 18mm Atlantic Heat's at 50 yards range.
Fantastic result Rob.

Jun 08 Snap!

Bill Bloomer equalled the lake record over at the Carp Society's lake 61 in the shape of this stonking 38.08 common.
The bait? need we say!!! Atlantic Heat 18mms! We think it's the same fish Nathan Fox caught just a week ago (same bait) at the same weight, testament to the awesome pulling power of the A.Heat.
Top result Bill.
This man has an incredible record for the bigger fish at this venue.

Jun 08 Margin Monster.

Steve Pullee recently sent us these shots of a recent session up in Oxford.
Baiting a margin slope one morning proved to be the downfall of three fish that day, 19, 29, 45!! The 45lb'er is the recognised biggest fish at the venue and was depositing huge amounts of Atlantic Heat over the mat. All fish fell to Atlantic Heat 15mms.
Top angling Steve.

May 08 Pellet Power

Mr Fox has been the first to get his hands on the new Baitworks pellet range last week. Fishing over at lake 61 (carp society), Nathan used a small Atlantic Heat boilie in amongst a bag full of our new soon to be released pellets.
Casting at a range of 55 yards, Nathan racked up this impressive tally of carp on a 8 hour day session......26, 28, 28.08, 30, 33.08, 38.08 (lake record!!).
Top angling! Another 5kg of pellets then!

May 08 Prince for a day!

Giles Harris! 41.08!!!!
Words fail me.....
What a privilege it was to witness one of the Jewels on the bank. The Lord Lucan of the carp world only puts in a appearance 1-2 times per year and our very own Prince was the well deserved captor. Fishing the Atlantic Heat 18mms at 50 yards into silt was the tactic. Even though it was tipping down we still managed to capture the moment through the lens with this cracking shot.
Top result from a very tricky South West water.
Well done Giles, now we all want to be having a Harris.

May 08 Another 4 Justin

Justin Badman sent us a pic of this 28lb+ fully scaled beauty from Horseshoe lake, Lechlade. Justin made the trip up from Bristol for a short over night session in-between Uni.
Four fish were landed in total all falling to the Atlantic Heat fished at short range.

Nice one mate!

May 08 South West 36.

Simon Gough has recently switched to the Baitworks stable and has definitely hit they ground running! Fishing on a South West syndicate, Simon introduced 3kg of the trusted Atlantic Heat 18mms on his 3 day stay. With less than perfect conditions, Simon landed four fish in total 19lb, 28lb, 29lb, and 36lb+!!
Many of the fish at this venue last year have already fallen to the Baitworks boilie range and this year looks to be no different.

Great result Simon.

May 08 Micro marches on.............

Paul Allen! Every time I wake up in the morning there seems to be a text message waiting for me with Paul's latest capture! I was up early for this one so I nipped down the road to photo and film a short clip of the mega old fish. 31lb and ounces was the weight (not that it matters) and again fell to
our new flavour combo that Paul is testing. Paul even managed a smile with his new teeth that had just been fixed after years of abuse!
Top result fella....Where next? Fish watch out.
Checkout our new video feature in conjunction with   click here

May 08 Another Horseshoe result

Gary King wasted no time at all getting amongst the better fish over at Horseshoe lake, Lechlade.
Once again Atlantic Heat 18mms fished in large quantities at 50 yards accounted for 5 fish. This 34+ pictured was the biggest.

Top angling Gary, very cold easterlies were blowing at the time, so a great result in testing conditions.

May 08 Prince Giles.

Our very own South Cerney Prince came up trumps this week with a well deserved 29.07 near leather carp. The Industrial sales tycoon had taken advantage of loop hole in his work contract to spend some time on a very pressured South West venue.

Giles introduced the Atlantic Heat at short range to record his first one from the water this year.
Top shooting mate, sure more will follow.

Checkout our new video feature in conjunction with   click here

May 08 Monster Red

We had this e-mail from young Sparsholt student Martyn Rosier (17 years old).
He has been using the Monster Red at his South West syndicate lake this season. The 36.12 pictured was one of many to fall to the Red over the last few sessions.
Our new 18mm sizes fished at a range of 40 yards to silt producing the goods.

Well done Martyn.

Apr 08 More for Micro

Paul Allen has been having a purple patch as of late.
Testing a new flavour combination for us, Paul has been catching everywhere! This 29lb chunk one of his latest victims.
Baits at 10-40 yards picking up the fish.
Nice one Paul

Apr 08 One Night Wonder!

Mike Holly is no stranger to these pages at Baitworks. The Bristol rod only fishes one night per week (and thats only if he has done the shopping, taken the rubbish out etc) but always comes up trumps. This fish, just shy of 30, his latest victim. Mike used the every faithful Atlantic Heat 15mms, as Mike would say..... 'when you have only one night you need a bait that you are 100% confident in'
Spot on Mike.

Apr 08 Hauling!

Young Jake Taylor continues to show the older carpers how its done on one of the lakes on the Linear complex, Oxford! Jake fished 48hrs over the busy weekend to slip his net under no less than 13 fish on Manor lake. 18mm Atlantic Heat on-mass at 50 yards range was the method preferred by our young gun.
This 25.12 linear was the highlight of the fish for Jake.

Top angling mate as always....

Apr 08 Heat Domination

Paul Allen aka Micro continues his remarkable Spring onslaught.
As we have mentioned before, Paul is testing a new flavour combination combined with the proven Atlantic Heat base mix. This 36lb linear (Big Lin) has now been caught 4 times in the last 6 months to this incredible bait. Our very own pocket rocket has accounted for more than 35 fish this Spring, from a very pressured club water.
Checkout our new video feature in conjunction with   click here

Apr 08 39.08

Farmer Chris slipped his net under this huge framed 39+ mirror on a wet and windy night. The ever faithful Atlantic Heat 18mms proved to much for the big one to ignore at his South West venue. The fish sets a new PB for Chris who was ecstatic on the phone to me and even more happy when I left my tea on the table and went out to photo it!!

Top result Chris, congrats.

Apr 08 Horseshoe lake

Our very own Justin Badman has been taking time out from his hectic lifestyle on the University campus! Fishing at the Carp Society's Horseshoe Lake, Justin notched up a impressive haul of 21 fish including 12 twenty's during his six day stay! Applying large amounts of Monster Red 18mms and moving onto showing fish the winning formula. These three mid-twenty's were the pick of the bunch.
Absolutely gorgeous fish mate.

Top man.

Mar 08 Micro the Magician

Paul Allen (aka Micro) has been getting amongst them in his usual way. Paul was testing a prototype Flavour combo for us and his results have been awesome.
The first string of fish to fall were these two crackers. 35.12 common and 31+ mirror.
Paul slipped the net under no less than 9 other carp that session where others around him struggled!

Top Dangling mate, I'd better mix up some more flavours!

Mar 08 Chubbly!

Paul Jefferies sent this pic in from a resent fishing session on his chosen river. This 6.04lb Chub had a liking for our Atlantic Heat 15mms!

Nice one Jaff top result as always.

Mar 08 Red Dawn

Well, what can I say about this fish? Simply stunning. This character was one of the reasons I joined this particular syndicate some two years ago. The fish affectionately known as Big Red is as old as the hills and blind in both eyes!
Using a prototype bait (test batch 12) for the first time at this venue, accounted for the 30.04 of OAP carp! This one doesn't make to many appearances on the bank so I was over the moon to finally make her acquaintance.
Although the fish was caught on the prototype mix it was excreting huge amounts of Atlantic Heat on my unhooking mat! Giles (Prince Giles) was fishing some 100 yards away with the Atlantic Heat that
night!!
Hmmm, Blind fish, doesn't say much for his rigs!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry mate, couldn't resist that one.

Mar 08 Once, twice, Three times a lady.

The Big Lin has been out again to the Atlantic Heat! It seems this fish - as well as many others - just can't resist the pull of this phenomenal bait. This is the Lin's 3rd capture in under 6 months!
Simon introduced 3kg of A.Heat 20mms during his two night stay to tempt one of the lakes jewels.

Well done Simon

Mar 08 Strange goings on.

Those of you fishing the Cotswold Water park will be aware of the new and exciting sightings of Obi-Wan Kanobi near and around the Ashton Keynes venues. Information is very thin on the ground but according to our sources, sightings seem to be around Fri-Sunday of most weeks. Anglers were agasp last week as Obi preformed a death defying balancing show on a narrow part of a flooded bank. In a frenzied Boilie fight, the ageing super star defied gravity by tip toeing on the bank-side edge, dodging 20mm boilies and almost ended up in the drink! Luckily Obi managed to regain balance and more importantly keep his wallet from getting wet (or open, very rare). The same legendary figure did put the force to good use and landed a 26lb mirror last weekend, first fish out for 3 months. The bait? Atlantic Heat of course.

May the force be with you.

Mar 08 Sandhurst 40
News just in of another victim to the mighty Atlantic Heat.
This 40.04 mirror was captured by Darren Redford over at Sandhurst, Yateley. Darren purchased the bait with a trip to France in mind but couldn't resist taking The Heat to the Yateley lake. We are glad he did, great result fella!
20mm Atlantic Heat fished with a scattering of freebies produced the whacker.

To our knowledge this was the first time the Atlantic Heat has been introduced at the venue.

Mar 08 Monster Result!

What a cracker! 39.08 of awesome carp!
Details a little thin on this one, had a e-mail off Brad this week regarding a capture of this superb 39.08 venue record. Monster Red 20mms again turning the fish over. Brad had been trickling bait in for a week or so before angled for a overnight session on this particular South West syndicate, he was rewarded late in the evening with this fish. I Love it when a plan comes together.

Well done Brad, Jaw dropping!

Mar 08 Common Occurrence.

Mike Holly from Bristol has been enjoying a bumper season on the Baitworks products. Mike only fishes quick overnighters in between work every other week or so. Fishing an Oxford water, Mike introduced 50 Monster Red 15mm Boilies to a small silt patch at 30 yards. At 1am Mike hooked into this perfect 33lb common in very cold conditions.

A Monster Red hookbait soaked in the dip for 48hours prior did the trick for the likable Bristol rod.

Top result mate.

Mar 08 Ben Tipney has been having a superb season on the Atlantic Heat. Fishing between two waters Ben has caught from both rock hard venues (he's currently top rod on one we can't mention!) to Manor Farm at the linear complex in Oxford. This winter Ben has been over at Manor and so far hasn't blanked this winter!!
Ever faithful Atlantic Heat 15mms once again scoring up in that neck of the woods.
Here's a 26lb+ that came during a hectic 36 hour session where 16 fish were landed!
Top angling for January.

Nice one Ben, top fishing.

Mar 08 Young Gun

I have received photos on and off all year from this young chap!
Jake Taylor travelled up to the linear complex for a couple of nights angling. Fishing on Manor lake, Jake set about introducing 2kg of Atlantic Heat 15mms to a feature at long range.
These two 20's (21 and 27lb+) were the biggest landed from a string of fish over the weekend by the ever consistent Young gun.

Well done Jake, top result as always.

MB

Feb 08 Club Common

This fish has been on Justin Badmans most wanted list for a while!!
Fishing on a Bristol Club lake the twenty something picked up where he left off last week with another couple of fish, 25lb+ and this superb 29.12 common (LAKE RECORD COMMON??) that has eluded most anglers this season.
Justin spotted the fish roll down to his right and hastily moved swims to plop a Monster Red hookbait in the area. 5 minutes later this ones in the net.

Well spotted!!

Feb 08 Whelford Success

Had this pic sent through from an angler fishing over at Whelford Pools, Fairford.
Not many details but the angler in question has enjoyed a bumper winter on the popular day ticket venue. This 29lb+ the pic of the bunch (think its the biggest one in the lake??),one of many to fall to  the Atlantic Heat 15mm's over the winter period.

Nice work.

Feb 08 We are the Champions!

With the bait rolling finished for the week, myself and Giles popped down to play for the DHP Total Carp and Advanced Carp Fishing team in the Echo charity cup! A welcome rest for bait making for the weekend.
With our trusted centre half Richard Stewart scoring two absolute belters from all of 25 yards into 5-aside goals, we thought our luck would be in? We went through to the final only to draw in regular time...... Cash was on hand to score the winning penalty after I managed to get in the way of 4 attempts from the other teams! (still got it!!!)
Great day out and for a great cause also.
Look out for echo page that will be up and running shortly....we should all be members...More on that later.
Congrats Boyz..............

Feb 08 Barbel

Had some cracking pic's sent through from Mr Jeffreys regarding the stonking Barbel he has been catching all season, it seems every week he was sending me a pic of a double!! These two weighed in at 12.15lb and 13.06lb!!
Monster Red and Atlantic Heat both doing the damage over the season.

Top angling Jaff.

Feb 08 Justice!

Giles Harris! After 12 months of what can only be described as rotten fishing luck. Some local anglers now use Giles last name as a substitute word for Blanking, lost one, nightmare etc. For example 'Any good mate? Reply.......No, I've had a Harris!
Giles starts 2008 with a couple of good fish under his belt. Giles managed to talk himself onto a Private Cotswold venue with bribes and black mail for the back end of the season. Two sessions in with the Monster Red, Giles is all smiles with these fish on a short night session. Giles baited with 50 baits per rod at ranges of 30, 60 and 70 yards.

Nice one Giles, have a feeling this is going to be your year.

Feb 08 Great Start

Jas from Devizes has just started to use the Baitworks gear and he's already off to a flyer. Fishing short day sessions, Jas introduced bits of paste steadily through the day. This 31.08 has the highlight of a string of good carp taken from this venue. Atlantic Heat again turning them over.

Well done Jas....More to come I'm sure.

Feb 08 Day trippin'

Baitworks very own South West model has managed to pull himself away
from University life for a day. Justin enjoyed something fishy of a
different kind when he landed 5 fish up to 26lb (Pictured) including
2 other 20's. Monster Red 15mms again slaying them on his chosen club water.
Nice one Mate.

Jan 08 Jan Blitz.

With the epic floods rendering my main Venue all but under water, the temptation to drop in on a fantastic little private water for a overnighter was to much to resist. The lake in question has served me well in the short sessions I have put in to date. In the cold and wet conditions I managed to catch 3 fish that night! 12lb, 19lb and this beautiful common just shy of 30lb. This is the 5th time this particular fish has fell to Baitworks boilies in under 12 months!! Testament to the catching ability of our range......the baits that never blow spring to mind? All fish were caught on 15mm Monster Red pop ups with paste wrapped around the lead. A total of 2kg was used on the night and in hindsight I should have put more in!! I did nip back for the second night and managed to land a couple more and lose one. The fish must have really been up for it, Giles even managed to catch one!! - Sorry mate!!
Good stuff!!

Jan 08 1st Timer

Adam Kracke from sunny Bognor Regis sent us a pic of this 28lb mirror that was caught within 20mins of the Atlantic Heat going into his local lake. Adam has made the switch to Baitworks this winter and hasn't looked back. This fish one of many to fall to his rods.

Well done Adam.

Jan 08 Atlantic Heat Instant Results, just add water

Just had this pic sent thought of the cracking Big Lin at 38+ in full
winter coat!!! Great result for the Angler in question. The Bait???
Ever faithful Atlantic Heat 15mms brought straight from the Tackle Den
on the Cotswold Water Park!
Second time this season this fish has fell to the Heat and I'm sure
there will be many more on this incredible bait.

Jan 08 Fantastic Phil!!

Fishing on the ultra hard Wraysbury No.1 Phil Bunyan has enjoyed a dream 12 months. 17 fish in total (so far!) with this winter 37+ the latest victim!
Phil fished a 3 night session at the famous water with the ever trusted Atlantic Heat.

Top stuff Phil.

Massive result.

Jan 08 Cold Common.

Tom Sedgbeer continues his fantastic season on the Baitworks gear.
Fishing an over night session Tom caught up with this clonking 36+
common.
A great result when next to nothing was coming out of the lake in
question (aside from the 25+ that I had, cough, cough!)

Nice one Tom.
