Deliveries in the UK Mainland £4.95When you place a order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately to advise we have your order in our system. We aim to ship all items "MAINLAND UK" within 5 working days. During busy periods it may take longer.
We use DPD Local for the majority of our deliveries.
Why we use DPD..
We work with DPD to ensure that every order reaches you in one piece. As the UK's leading parcel delivery brand, DPD will ensure you are kept up to date with the process of your order, with SMS text message and email confirmations every step of the way, and estimated delivery times to make sure everything is as convenient for you as possible.

Tracking details, including real-time tracking on a map, with estimated time of arrival.
SMS text message and email confirmation if you're not home at the time of delivery.
SMS text message and email notification on the morning of delivery, providing a one-hour time slot for convenience.
SMS text message and email confirmation, with photographic evidence, showing the safe place where your order has been left – if requested.
DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS YOU CAN,
Change the delivery date.
Request the driver leaves your package in a safe place.
Upgrade your delivery to a different service, such as next day or Saturday delivery. (please note there will be an additional service fee from DPD)
Arrange a delivery to a DPD pick-up shop.
Request that your delivery is left with a neighbour – whether it's a specific person, or whoever's home on your street.
Delivery Zones and Cost
These zones are defined by our courier DPD
Zone 0: Standard UK mainland areas. Delivery to this zone is fixed at £4.95 for orders over 1kg.
Zone 1: See map and list below, there is an additional charge (1kg and over), prices are below and will be invoiced via paypal once we have your order.
Scottish Highlands, areas which DPD class as zone 1 are post codes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50: £16 per a box 0kg - 10kg.
Scottish Islands: HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA30, PA32-34, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3: £21.60 per a box 0kg-10kg
Northern Ireland: All BT postcodes £14 (2 day express estimated) 0kg-20kg
Isle of Man: £23 per a box 0kg-20kg
Isle of Wight: £16 per a box 0kg-20kg
WE DO NOT DELIVER TO THE CHANNEL ISLANDS.
For all small parcels less than 1kg

For all Deliveries 1kg and above
£4.95 for all orders in Zone 0

Saturday Deliveries are avaliable these are charged at £20 per every 10kg parcels Zone 0 only. You will need to call the Factory and arrange this.
If you would like us to deliver to an overseas address, please order as normal and you will be charged our UK rate at £4.95. You will then be asked via email to pay the remaining amount via paypal to [email protected], please wait for the email as this will give you your final delivery amount. If you would prefer you can call us and place an order over the phone and pay by card.. As from 2017 we only ship to UK and Europe destinations and DO NOT ship worldwide.
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY FROZEN ITEMS TO BE SENT ABROAD, PLEASE ONLY ORDER IF YOUR WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

These are set prices done by our Courier DPD/interlink and we do not charge anymore for packaging.
How long will it take for my goods to reach me?
We aim to send all orders within 3 days of order eecipt via next day courier, we will always send you a dispatch email once we have processed your items with your tracking number you can then track your items via DPD.

We will notify you when your order is out for delivery and will send you a confirmation email. DPD will then contact you via email and a very effective text alert (provided a mobile is given) that will notify you of the delivery time/slot. Please make sure we have a mobile or telephone number on which you can be contacted on the delivery day should there be any problems.
What happens if I don’t receive my goods within these timescales?
Sometimes errors occur however, so if you are unsure about where your items are, please contact us at email@example.com or call 01285 654 845, and we’ll do our utmost to trace your package.

What happens if some of my order is out of stock?
We will contact you and let you know when the stock will be arriving and therefore when you should expect delivery. Once we have your item/s we will dispatch it straight away and email you once dispatched.
Do I need to be in to receive the delivery?
If you have a designated place where DPD can leave your parcel (mention this in the delivery instruction box or text/email DPD once you have confirmation of dispatch). All our deliveries are sent out by courier service. If you haven’t left any special instructions and are out when the delivery comes, they will leave a card with information on local depots or re-deliveries, they will also email/text you on the day for which you can request to leave your item in a safe place. If you are normally out during the week, a work address may be preferable. Please remember that we cannot accept responsibility for any goods left without a signature if you have requested to leave in a safe place.
During strikes, there may be a delay in receiving your package.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What happens if there is a fault?
We do quality control all of our goods, however sometimes it does escape through the net! Please call us and let us know, tel. 01285 654845. We will then arrange for you to send it back and depending on stock levels, we’ll either exchange or give you a full refund.
How long do I have to exchange or return items?
For all returns, please return within 14 days of receiving the goods. We DO NOT offer exchanges, if you would like a different item from the one you have ordered please return your item and you can then purchase another online.
Do I have to pay for postage if I want to return an item?
Unless you have an offer providing free returns then you will have to pay for return postage yourself. Offering free returns means that we would have to pass on the cost somewhere else and we didn’t want to do that. If on the rare occasion we are at fault then we will cover the cost of the return.

Please remember that until we have received your return parcel it is your responsibility, so please ensure that you send your goods securely.
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, please allow 14 days from receipt of the return.
