Shane O’Grady – Operations

Shane's been a Baitworks user for as long as we can remember. Having fished in and around the Cotswold Water Park for most of his life, his album is full of lovely, clear water carp. Shane's been around, having fished most of the local waters over the last 35 years with great success. When it comes to local knowledge Shane's an oracle and he quietly catches plenty of big carp in his spare time. Shane joined the team after taking redundancy from a local car manufacturing plant so brings a wealth of process and factory efficiency ideas to the table. Shane's day job is rolling most of our hookbaits in the range, as well as turning his hand (He's got the hairiest hands we've ever seen) to almost anything the factory.
